The Patriotic Eagle tells a kid early one that he/she has the good fortune to be an American, and that they are important to the future of our great country.

Many things play a roll in a child’s at-risk behavior. Parenting, genetics, school environment, but of great importance, the human brain is not fully developed until the mid twenties. Until it is, the brain is much more susceptible to harm and addiction.
